Mission Statement

My name is Jon Chrysler and I am in the 7th grade and a I am in idva Jr high. I found out about this project when I was watching my favorite show SnakeBytesTV. I found out how effective this snake ban can be to all pet owners. This Bill is not fair.

I did not know that IDVA was having a passion project when I found out about this bill, S373. This worked out perfectly. My passion is snakes and I this is what I love. I plan to be a herpetologist when I'm older and this is the first step in the parade, protecting my rights.

I hope this website can help educate you about this ban and responsible pet ownership. I ask you please to spread the word. Please help me in the courages fight to defeat S373...thank you!

CDA For Kids: March 9

On March 9th I spoke at the CDA For Kids Program, Everything went very well. I talked to the kids about the taxonomy of a corn snake and of a wolf,and about responsible pet ownership. I also told them about my fight to ban S373. That went great. I was even able to talk about the snake ban and its damaging misinformation. The kids loved it and just soaked it all up!!!!
